The City of Dresden will be offering a Rape Aggression Defense course for women. The course will focus on awareness, prevention, risk reduction, avoidance, hands on training, realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. The course will be taught by nationally certified R.A.D. instructor and Dresden Police officer Terry Guthrie.
